Delivery Terms and Returns for domestic orders

All the products you order have a full 14-day right of return after receiving the products. The right of return also applies to discounted products.

Returns are subject to a fee, except for product exchanges. The return fee (6.90€) is deducted from the total amount of the return. If you want to exchange the size or model of the product, contact us before sending the product to get more detailed instructions on product exchange. The products to be returned must be unused and undamaged, and the original price tags and labels must still be attached to the products.

Return Instructions

1. Report the return

Report the return by email to myynti@navyblue.fi

2. Package the return shipment and send it as a postal package.

Pack the returned products and the shipping list that came with them in the original shipping packaging. The product to be returned must be well packed and in its original packaging.

The product comes with a return shipping label, please attach it to the carefully packed return package and take it to Posti's service point. You can find the nearest service point on Posti's website at https://www.posti.fi/fi/palvelupisteet-kartalla. When returning a package to Posti's machine, the package must be registered on Posti's website in advance, see instructions https://www.posti.fi/fi/henkiloille/paketit-ja-seuranta/palauta-paketti.

If you return the package to Posti or Posti's pick-up point, ask for a receipt for the return shipment from the service point and keep it. The receipt is proof of the return of the product.

3. Return to store

You can personally return the product free of charge to our store Navy Blue Shop, Veneentekijäntie 7, 00210 Helsinki. Please remember to take the order confirmation or receipt with you.

Please note that cash refunds are not paid at the store's checkout, but the refund is made through our payment intermediary Paytrail Oyj to the payment method you used for the purchase.

We will process your return as soon as possible. It may take 5-10 business days for the return to arrive at our warehouse. Once we have received and processed your return, the refund will be made to the payment method used in the order.

If you want to return or exchange the size or model of the product, contact us before sending the product. The products to be returned must be unused and undamaged, and the original price tags and labels must still be attached to the products.
