Terms of Delivery for shipment in Finland

All the products you order have a full 14-day right of return after receiving the products. The right of return also applies to discounted products. Returns via Posti are subject to a fee (6.90€), except for product exchanges. You can exchange the product once free of charge. You can make the return with the Posti return label included in the shipment. The return fee (6.90€) is deducted from the total amount of the return. You can return the product free of charge to our store in Helsinki, at Veneentekijäntie 7, 00210 Helsinki. When canceling your order, please contact us by email at myynti@navyblue.fi. Also, if you want to exchange the size or model of the product before sending the product, please contact us by email at myynti@navyblue.fi to get more detailed instructions on product exchanges, as simply returning the item or not picking it up from the post office is not enough. If you do not pick up the product from the post office, we will charge 20€ for shipping and return costs. The products to be returned must be unused and undamaged, and the original price tags and labels must still be attached to the products. See detailed information on returns here.

Our delivery time is normally 2 - 5 business days. If the product you ordered is temporarily out of stock, the shipment time is about 7-14 working days. We will contact you if this has happened. We also reserve the right to cancel the transaction if the product you ordered is not available.

The prices of the products are in euros (EUR) and include the applicable value added tax. Prices do not include handling or shipping costs. We reserve the right to change prices, but the prices we announce at the time of ordering are valid throughout the customer's purchase process. The prices of the products are valid in the online store, but the prices and selections of our physical stores vary from store to store.

Our online store reserves the right to cancel the order in the case of a clear price error. A clear price error means that the stated price of the product differs clearly and significantly from the correct price of the product, e.g. Dolomite jacket is 17.90 when its correct price is 79.00.

The products in the online store are mainly sold in the Lauttasaari store and in some situations, e.g. during busy sales periods, the balances in the online store do not have time to update at the same pace as the products are sold in the store, so the product may be out of stock even if it appears that it is still available in the online store.

Only people over the age of 15 can shop in our online store. People under the age of 18 can only pay for purchases via online bank service/by online payment. When paying with credit or installments, the customer must be at least 20 years old. We comply with general e-commerce/mail order laws and regulations.

Methods of Delivery

We deliver orders to the whole of Finland, including Åland, by post to the nearest Posti office or Posti parcel machine. The delivery cost is 6.90€ per shipment for orders under €69 when the shipment is delivered to the nearest Posti office or Posti parcel machine. You can also pick up the products you ordered from our physical store in Helsinki.

You will receive instructions by text message when the package arrives. The package is a climate-friendly Posti Green shipment. You can find the nearest post office at www.posti.fi

Pickup from the Store

If you are in the capital region, a convenient way is to pick up the products you ordered from our Navy Blue Shop store at Veneentekijäntie 7, 00210 Helsinki (Lauttasaari), where you can at the same time try the product on and make a possible product exchange if necessary. Navy Blue Shop Helsinki is open on weekdays at 10:30 – 18:00 and on Saturdays at 11:00 – 15:00, closed on Sundays.

Mail Home Delivery

You can also order your purchases delivered directly to your home with Posti's home delivery service for 15€.

Delivery to Åland

We also deliver orders to Åland. The prices shown on our website include VAT and the price you pay at checkout includes it. We will refund the VAT when we ship your order, this way you avoid being taxed twice. You will have to pay the VAT when you pick up the order. The same methods of delivery apply as in mainland Finland.

Shipments to other EU countries

The products to be returned must be unused and undamaged, and the original price tags and labels must still be attached to the products.

Our delivery time to EU countries is 3 - 8 business days. If the product you ordered is temporarily out of stock, the shipment time is about 10-20 working days. We will contact you if this has happened. We also reserve the right to cancel the transaction if the product you ordered is not available.

Methods of Delivery

We ship orders to the following EU countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Poland, Austria and Belgium. We use the Finnish post office (Posti Oy). The delivery cost is €15 per shipment for orders under €200.

The parcels to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are sent as Posti Baltic parcels (2-4 days delivery time). They are delivered to parcel lockers or service points. The item will be stored for 7 days after attempted delivery or delivery for pick up.

The parcels to Sweden and Denmark are sent as PickUp Parcels (3-5 days delivery time). They are delivered to a Parcel Locker or a service point (over 3000 available). The consumer will receive an electronic notice of arrival for the item. The item will be stored for 7 days after delivery for pickup.

The parcels to Germany, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Austria, Poland and Belgium are sent as Connect Parcels (3-8 days delivery time). They are delivered directly to the customer. If the delivery attempt fails, a notice of arrival will be left for the recipient, and the item can be picked up from a service point in the destination country. The item will be stored for 14 days after attempted delivery or delivery for a pick-up.
